Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window – Return your helmet within 30 days of delivery if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
  • Condition Requirements – Helmets must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels, accessories, and protective inserts intact.
  • Return Process – Simply contact our support team with your order number to initiate a return request.
  • Refund Processing – Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage

All AGVSPISTA helmets come with a limited warranty, depending on model and construction, covering defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Our warranty includes protection against:

  • Flaws in shell integrity, foam lining, or internal structure
  • Failure in fastening systems, visor mechanisms, or chin strap attachments
  • Issues with manufacturing quality, including delamination or structural weakness

Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, such as surface scratches, fading, or minor abrasions
  • Damage from accidents, falls, or improper use
  • Modifications, repairs by unauthorized parties, or use of non-approved accessories
  • Improper cleaning, storage, or exposure to extreme temperatures

How to File a Claim

If you believe your helmet is defective, reach out to our support team with your proof of purchase, clear photos of the issue, and a detailed description of the problem.

Upon review, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement with a new helmet of the same model
